The TCN Power-Share is a unique Profit Sharing Program in which a TCN VIP Referral Agent can share in company profits for a defined time frame based on the purchase of Pre-paid Text & Email Messages Credits which are instantly transferred to a company Co-op Advertising Pool and are then used to attract new customers to TCN's Text Advertising Platform. The program is geared to prove the effectiveness of our advertising platform to new customers by initially giving the service away for free to every new Customer by way of utilizing the Pre-paid Text & Email Messages Credits.

When a TCN VIP Referral Agent purchases Pre-paid Text & Email Messages Credits from the company they are also awarded profit sharing points, based on a 1 to 1 ratio, in a profit sharing point pool. Purchases are allowed in a range of sizes from $10 to $25,000 and you may make as many purchases as desired. All profit sharing points awarded expire and/or are retired based on your level of participation. eZ Pay Referral Agents’ Points retire after 80 days, VIP and VIP Plus Referral Agetns’s Points retire after 90 and 100 days respectively. During the time the profit sharing points are active/eligible VIP Referral Agent earns a prorated portion of the company profits based on the ratio of points awarded to you and the total points awarded company wide, which amount is calculated and displayed and paid daily, 7 days a week in the Referral Agents TCN Back Office. There is no guarantee of company profits. VIP Referral Agents are also allowed to Purchase additional Pre-paid Text & Email Messages Credits from your Power-Share earnings.

Referral Agents are paid a 5% (0.05) Power-Direct Commission on all purchases of Pre-paid Text & Email Messages Credits made by any personally referred Referral Agent. Referral Agents are also paid Power-Grid Plus Commissions on all sales of Pre-paid Text & Email Messages Credits in an amount of 1/2% (0.005) from all purchase made on by any Referral Agent within each of the 10 levels of their Power-Grid structure. Referral Agents are also allowed to purchase additional Pre-paid Text & Email Messages Credits from these earnings.
